People Power is a program designed to generate good times, generate thought about issues of sustainability, and generate electricity.

Generate electricity? People power? No, this isn’t The Matrix, because thankfully there are no robots. It is more about bicycles powering 1000 LED lights, flying high above the Cultural Centre.

Along with this, there will also be SILENT DISCO, LASER TAG, THE BOOTH, SCHMIGLOO, The Forbidden Garden, 100 Drums, The Silver Street Surge Parade, Tom Tom Club and 1000 Trees. That all adds up to one good time.

So bring a coin. Bring your bike. Bring your smiles and energy down to good old Northbridge town tonight.
